Benque Viejo, Cayo district is at the center of Mundo Maya, the proposal below is to boost an existing building with 1-5 more levels and create a casino, cinema, hotel/apartment commercial center. This complex has would link to the existing tourism tour circuit to Belize Mundo Maya for 75 rooms, or 40 apartments or 25 suites on 4 levels plus rooftop zinc bungalow type structure. (The lobby and laundry area don’t exist from second floor upwards). Beautiful Benque Viejo Del Carmen is 423 ft above sea level.

Belize is the headquarters of Mundo Maya for tours from abroad and one of the 7 new wonders of the world Chichen Itza is 5 hours ride from my place and throughout the Caribbean – there’s no cruise destination like Belize. There’s no other destination that can take a visitor from reef to rain forest to ruin in less than an hour – and all in the company of guides who speak English as a first language.:--Below you can find a plan that shows in yellow the space available in yellow and the size of the construction that the complex has erected at present. The yellow section can serve as the casino-cinema and on top to the 5,000 sq feet basement is the 5 levels for the hotel/apartment structure to be erected.
The rental (for any client) is $US24,500.00/month for 5 levels of the building (6,000 sq ft per level) or US$4,900.00/ level. An agreement should be sealed and signed for the rental of the 5 levels or each level. I have plans available below. The agreement is with furniture, without Air condition and maintenance. I need 3 years in advance per level for the agreement and deliver the first level at 6 months after signing. Every 6 months a level will be delivered.
The casino-cinema section is US$1,000 per month as it is. Therefore total expenses per month would be $24,500.00 + $1000.00 = US$25,500.00. Which includes 5 levels of the building (6,000 sq ft per level) with 75 rooms. If only one level is engaged it would be US$4,900.00/ level plus US$1,000.00 for basement =US$5,900.00. An agreement should be sealed and signed for the rental of the 5 levels or each level
We have a 5 acre plot around 500 meters away in the complex on top of a hill for eco-tourism.
There is 2 types’ designs. Bedrooms and apartments. APARTMENTS COST 5% MORE THAN (plain)
a.- 12 furnish bedrooms 27ft x 12ft bathroom included and 2 presidential suites this at first floor with almost 7,000 sq ft. but on the other levels the back part for laundry will not exist. (No AC only fan)
b.- 9 two furnished bedroom apartment with living-dining and kitchenette hence its cost is 5% more (no air-conditioned only fan)
