I can upgrading the building and facilitate cash to anyone who wants to expand his tourism tour circuit to Belize Mundo Maya for 64 rooms or 32 apartments on 4 levels. The rental (for any client) is $US21,400.00/month for 4 levels of the building (6,000 sq ft per level) or US$5,300.00/ level.
